These keto cheddar biscuits offer two tasty options depending on your preferences. The almond flour version is tender and fluffy with a classic biscuit texture, while the pork rind version is ultra-low-carb, protein-rich, and satisfying. Both are simple to prepare and make an excellent accompaniment to soups, breakfasts, or holiday meals.
