These Carnivore Power Breakfast Bowls are built for serious morning fuel: savory ground beef, soft-cooked eggs, crispy bacon, and a spoonful of warm bone broth to bring everything together. They’re naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined-sugar-free, with simple animal-based ingredients and no fillers.

Perfect for meal prep, this recipe makes six generous servings and can be customized with your preferred egg style, extra broth, or a sprinkle of mineral salt.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 12 large eggs
  • 12 slices sugar-free bacon, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups beef bone broth
  • 2 tablespoons beef tallow
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt, plus more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to a plate, leaving the rendered fat in the skillet.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook over medium heat, breaking it apart, until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Season the beef with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, if using.
  4. Pour in the beef bone broth and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, until the beef is moist and flavorful but not soupy.
  5. In a separate skillet, heat the beef tallow over medium heat.
  6. Cook the eggs to your preference, such as fried, scrambled, or soft-cooked.
  7. Divide the beef mixture among 6 bowls.
  8. Top each bowl with 2 eggs and a portion of crispy bacon.
  9. Spoon any remaining warm broth from the skillet over the bowls and season with additional sea salt if desired.
  10. Serve immediately.
