Week 4 Fitness Challenge Encouragement: Finish Strong With Faith

Welcome to Week 4.

You have made it farther than you may have thought you could. Whether you showed up every day or had to begin again more than once, you are still here. That matters.

This final week is not about proving your worth. It is about finishing with gratitude, grace, and purpose.

Scripture says in 2 Timothy 4:7, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”

A wellness challenge is not the same as life’s greatest race, but it can teach us something important: endurance grows when we keep showing up, even imperfectly.

Your faith-based wellness tip for Week 4:
Reflect before you rush forward. Ask yourself: What did I learn? Where did I grow? What habit do I want to carry with me? Pray over your next step, not just your final result.

Encouragement for the week:
You are stronger because you tried. You are wiser because you paid attention. You are more capable because you kept going. Do not overlook the growth simply because the journey was not perfect.

Quote for the week:
“Faith does not require perfection. It asks for perseverance.”

This week, finish strong — not with pressure, but with praise. Thank God for your body, your effort, your community, and every step that brought you here.

The challenge may be ending, but your wellness journey is still unfolding.

Keep walking forward in faith.
