SMS consent

Texts are still opt-in. A phone number on a form is not enough by itself, and agreeing to texts is not required to join, book, or buy.

Book a class

The first-visit form asks for a phone number and an unchecked box. The box has to be checked before the spot is held. It reads: “I agree to receive SMS from VivaHealth Studio re: appointments, class reminders & updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help,” and it links to the Privacy Policy. No class text is sent without that box.

Book time with Aviva

The appointment form has a separate, optional box: “Text me about this appointment (confirmation and a reminder).” Email still goes out if the box stays empty. Checking it is the only way that appointment is texted.

Contact

The contact form can take a texting number. The number is optional. Above the button, the form says that providing a phone number is consent to calls and texts about appointments, class schedules, and studio updates, and it links the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Two boxes start unchecked: one for storing the message, and one for marketing offers. Marketing texts are not assumed.

Shop

The shop does not check out by card on the site, and it does not collect a text opt-in. Memberships, sessions, and goods are started by calling the studio. Buying is not tied to SMS.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP, or email vivahealthstudio@gmail.com, for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. The full terms are in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
