Your plan fits the season of life you’re actually in, with nutrition guidance, app-based home workouts, accountability, and whole-person support. A Naturopathic Evaluation at VivaHealth Wellness Studio is a one-on-one visit for when something feels "off" and you want a closer look. We talk through your history, your habits, and what you're noticing, and go over what next steps could look like for you. Knowing your body is part of stewarding it well.
The Functional Medicine Evaluation at VivaHealth Wellness Studio is a one-on-one first visit that looks at the whole person: health history, nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and daily life. Your provider talks through what they find with you, along with next steps. We believe your body is God's creation, and caring for it well is an act of stewardship.
