How to ask us to delete your personal data.
If you messaged VivaHealth Studio on Facebook Messenger or Instagram, booked a class, joined as a member, or otherwise shared personal information with us, you can ask us to delete that data.
How to request deletion
Email vivahealthstudio@gmail.com from the address we have on file (or the address you used to message us). Put “Data deletion request” in the subject line.
Include your full name, the email or phone number we may have, and—if you messaged us on Meta—the name shown on that Messenger or Instagram account.
- We will confirm we received your request.
- We delete or anonymize personal data we hold that is not required for legal, tax, or safety retention.
- Billing records Stripe keeps under its own policies are outside this request; contact Stripe or ask us and we will point you to the right channel.
